Moser Manor Farms and Goat Yoga • Our classes are held entirely outdoors but we have to option to move the class inside the barn too so weather is never A short 15-minute drive from downtown Chattanooga and you will find yourself on our Zen six-acre homestead in Hixson. Why yoga with goats, you ask? Because goat cuddles reduce anxiety and depression by increasing oxytocin and dopamine levels, those good ole bonding and feel-good hormones. When you arrive at Moser Manor Farms you will be instantly surrounded by serene, calming pastures. Join us in our outdoor common area on the side of the barn next to the animal pastures. Either Jeff or myself will personally lead your goat yoga experience while the goats frolic for your attention. Our little kids provide quite the distraction, but that’s the point! So if your soul feels compelled to cuddle a goat rather than downward dog, go with the flow. We want you to leave with your soul fulfilled, heart happy, and a smile on your face. You may choose to jump back in at any point and rejoin or not. Shoot! – Take a selfie even. That’s entirely your choice! Just be sure to tag us if you do so we can continue to share the joy of goat yoga with others.an issue. We have two bathrooms located in the barn as well for your convenience. Do remember though that the animals will poop or pee. Thankfully goat poop is about the size of a pebble! We’ll even provide a brown bag if you want to scoop some up and put it in your garden since it makes great fertilizer! For this reason, however, we suggest NOT wearing your Sunday best, unless you don’t mind goats nibbling on your fancy wares. Choose clothing that is comfortable and weather appropriate given class is held outdoors for the majority. Bug spray and sunscreen are also suggested. Bring your mat or rent one of our for $2. Goat yoga is for anyone and everyone. There is no level of expertise required. There is an age requirement of at least 10 years of age, however, in order to participate. Everyone must sign a liability waiver upon entering the farm and before engaging in any agritourism activities • Register Here • 9:30 am

Chattanooga Theatre Centre • Peter Pan • J.M. Barrie’s timeless narrative tells the story of Wendy, John, and Michael Darling’s adventures in Neverland with the inimitable Peter Pan, “the boy who would not grow up.” In Neverland, the Darlings are introduced to the Lost Boys, Peter’s jealous fairy friend Tinker Bell, the infamous pirate Captain Hook, and the crocodile who swallowed Hook’s hand. The action escalates when the Darlings are captured by Hook and, with Peter’s help, escape, taking the Lost Boys home with them. (Appropriate for all audiences) • Get Tickets Here • 2:30 pm

Oak Street Playhouse Theatre Little Old Ladies in Tennis Shoes • Kate Corrigan has her life in order, or so she likes to think. In what she describes as “not lower middle age” but “upper youth,” she has a lucrative job, a no strings-attached man, and a new house in the suburbs. “Consider yourselves part of the clutter,” she blithely tells new neighbors Molly Blumenthal and her grandson, Jeff, when they pay Kate a call before she has even unpacked. And delightful clutter they soon become, overwhelming Kate’s tiny existence with a roller-coaster friendship, pot-roast, and the problems of all the elderly women on the block. As she meets these women, living in quirky isolation after outliving their husbands’ and their families’ need for them, Kate realizes the life she’s found looks a lot like the one she’d been running from. “Is it in the genes, an instinct,” she wonders, “like elephants heading for the burial ground? Am I a little old lady in training?” Confronted with old fears and new choices, Kate finds her life opening up—wide enough, for the first time, to admit love. “A sensitive comedy about friendship between generations,” said the Stanford Mail. “Full of wit and laughter…warmth and wisdom,” echoed the Sierra Madre News. “L’chaim!” say Kate and Molly. Audiences of all ages applaud their determination to “grow older, wiser, stronger in every way. But not old.” • Get Tickets Here • 2:00 pm

Songbirds Foundation Lil Ed & The Blues Imperials • In Chicago, a city overflowing with unrivaled blues talent, world-renowned Lil’ Ed & The Blues Imperials have been standing tall for almost 30 years. The band’s big sound, fueled by Lil’ Ed’s gloriously rollicking slide work and deep blues string bending, along with his rough-edged, soulful vocals, is as real and hard-hitting as Chicago blues gets. After playing around town in various clubs during the 80s, the band was invited into the recording studio by Alligator Records president Bruce Iglauer, and the end result of the session was 30 songs cut in three hours with no overdubs and only one second take. Twelve of those songs became the band’s debut album, Roughhousin’, released in September of 1986. Nine albums and thousands of performances later, Lil’ Ed is now universally hailed as a giant of the genre. Lil’ Ed and The Blues Imperials—bassist (and Ed’s half-brother) James “Pookie” Young, guitarist Mike Garrett, and drummer Kelly Littleton—have remained together for nearly 30 years (an extraordinary feat for any group), the band fueling Ed’s songs with their rock-solid, road-tested, telepathic musicianship • Get Tickets Here • Doors at 6:00 pm & Show at 7:00 pm • Seated Show

Perched on the sheer bluffs of Lookout Mountain the views down into the Chattanooga Valley are breathtaking. You and your guide will exit the station and get fitted for the bike adventure. You start with a skills session at the top of the mountain to practice all of the bike handling skills you will need to descend the mountain. We will ride 7 miles back down the mountain with almost no pedaling required on some great wide open double-track trails to finish back at the Incline Railway with a complementary Clumpies Ice Cream to cool you off from the ride • Register Here • 9:30 am • • • Nickajack Bat Cave Sunset Kayak Tour • Join us to see endangered grey bats begin their nightly hunt for insects!
