Chattanooga Zoo • Asian Lantern Festival• The Asian Lantern Festival is back with an entirely new collection of hand-crafted silk lanterns! In the Forest of Fantasy, you’ll discover fire-breathing dragons, fairies, mythical beasts, forest creatures and even Santa in his workshop! Hundreds of glowing lanterns create nearly 50 distinct scenes across the Zoo, and interactive displays and games add to the fun • Please note that indoor exhibits will be closed and most resident Zoo animals will not be visible
Take pictures with Santa Claus in the education building! This experience is free with festival admission, just make sure to bring your own phone or camera to snap a photo. Santa will be at the festival until 8 p.m. each night!
