Come explore with us at Proof, a bar and incubator, featuring some of Chattanooga’s most creative food and beverage professionals. We’ll introduce you to craft cocktails, amazing flavors from talented chefs, and our city’s tastiest emerging brands.

Our menu currently features a community of resident chefs who operate out of our shared commissary kitchen. Why? Because we know from experience that starting a restaurant is hard, so we aim to provide a low-barrier opportunity for these chefs to test their concepts before spinning out into a permanent concept.

And to put icing on the cake, we also have an incredible bar program led by some of our city’s finest service industry professionals.
